Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
Before Download: Orders can be canceled only if the document has not been downloaded.
After Download: Once a document has been downloaded, cancellations are not permitted as our products are digital and instantly accessible.

Subscription Cancellations
Recurring Subscriptions: For subscription plans, please submit cancellation requests at least 7 days prior to next billing cycle to avoid your account being charged.
Partial Refunds: There would be no partial refunds to those who cancel mid subscription cycle.

Refund Policy
Eligibility to Get a Refund
The following are eligible under our refund policy:
 
Technical Issues: When there occur technical malfunctions that result in an inaccessibility of the document, and our customer support could not rectify it, you can receive a refund.
Wrong Order: In case the obtained document is not what has been described on our website, you have 3 days after order from date to get your refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

How to Return it:

Application for refund must be given within 3 days for them to be considered eligible.

Refunds will be processed in 7-10 business days after approval.
The amount that is being refunded will be credited back to the original payment method used at purchase.
